Introduction to EFT

EFT (or emotional freedom techniques) is a simple therapy that involves tapping on specific points on the energy meridian system of the body, in a manner similar toacupuncture. The only difference between EFT and acupuncture is the absence of needles in EFT. In other words, EFT is a kind of emotional acupuncture – but without the needles.
Recent studies have demonstrated that tapping on key acupuncture points by using the fingertips while focusing on a problem or issue has the ability to make a big difference to the emotional or physical well-being of an individual. In fact, the use ofemotional freedom techniques could significantly reduce or even eliminate physical, emotional, and mental symptoms in a very short time.
EFT could be used to treat complications, including:
  1. Abuse
  2. ADD-AHD
  3. Addictions
  4. Allergies
  5. Anxiety
  6. Asthma
  7. Blood Pressure
  8. Body Weight complications
  9. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  10. Depression
  11. Diabetes
  12. Dyslexia
  13. Fears and phobias
  14. Headaches
  15. Self-esteem issues
  16. Stuttering (stammering)
  17. Vision loss
It is worthwhile to note that emotional freedom techniques are based on the theory that the true cause of psychological and physiological symptoms is an energy block in one or more of the meridians of the body. This “energy block” could be healed and made to flow free again with a combination of mental focus and tapping that releases the blockage.
In other words, EFT is an effective way of removing stress of any kind and improving health, no matter what the worry or problem is. In addition to all these advantages, EFTis simple, gentle, and effective and does not involve needles, pills, or invasive treatment. Moreover, emotional freedom techniques could easily save time and money, compared with many conventional therapies.
