Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) refers to a form of alternate healing that is bringing health, satisfaction, and happiness to millions across the globe. The best part about EFT is that this healing technique takes just minutes to practice and is simple enough to be grasped by old and young ones, irrespective of age or gender.
